PT Otoman Permata is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.,Manage customer relations and provide excellent service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
