📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Manage and oversee business development projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Strong understanding of the coffee industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
