📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
  • Report on program outcomes and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid CPNS or similar certification is preferred.
