📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train a team of waitstaff to ensure high-quality customer service.,Ensure accurate and efficient order taking and delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
