📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and process motor insurance and extended warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Assess and evaluate claims to determine coverage and validity.
• Coordinate with repair shops, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Utilize our in-house claims management system to streamline the claims process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in motor insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
