📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company objectives.,Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Knowledge of customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
