📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.,Guide the development team in adopting and improving Agile practices.,Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.,Ensure that the team delivers high-quality products incrementally.,Coach the team in self-organization and continuous improvement.,Maintain and improve the team's velocity and productivity.,Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with Agile principles and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments.,Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus.,Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.,Experience with Agile tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to mentor and coach team members.
