Place Shine Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior F&B Service professional to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the F&B service operations to ensure high-quality standards and guest satisfaction.,Train and develop F&B staff to maintain and improve service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain efficient operations.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B service operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local food and beverage trends and regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
