📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.,Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Conduct regular audits of our social media accounts to identify areas for improvement.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content distribution.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
