📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of land development projects.,Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to complete tasks safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.,Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project status and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or site supervision in the construction and land development industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
