In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines to ensure high production efficiency and quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and calibrate SMT machines to ensure optimal performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with SMT machines.,Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.,Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on SMT machines.,Document machine performance and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMT machine maintenance and operation.,Knowledge of SMT production processes and equipment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with SMT machines from major manufacturers (e.g., Juki, Panasonic, etc.) is a plus.
