📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Schedule and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with business goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they have learned in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
