📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of ambulances, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Coordinate with dispatch centers to ensure timely and efficient deployment of ambulances during emergencies.
• Monitor and optimize dispatch operations to reduce response times and improve overall service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including those related to patient care, equipment maintenance, and emergency protocols.
• Develop and implement training programs for ambulance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with hospitals and other healthcare providers to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure all administrative tasks related to ambulance operations are completed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ambulance administration or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetmatics or Geotab.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with dispatch centers, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) or a related field is a plus.
