📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Oversee the collection and payment of invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations.
