Apotek Hana Bangunan is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's fleet operations. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and licensed.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Generate and maintain accurate records of all fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
