📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop the franchise network in Bangka Belitung.
• Provide support and resources to franchisees to ensure their success.
• Identify new franchise opportunities and develop strategies to expand the network.
• Monitor franchise performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement training programs for franchisees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on franchise performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with franchisees and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with franchise software and systems, such as FranConnect or FranNet.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and success.
