You will be responsible for conducting HR audits, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and designing solutions to address challenges. Your expertise in HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors will be crucial in streamlining our processes and improving efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that drive organizational transformation and support business objectives.
• Conduct HR audits and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Design and implement solutions to address HR issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international regulations.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to managers and employees on people-related matters.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and people strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, people strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR strategy, people analytics, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
