Titis Cahaya Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated HRGA Generalist Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and general affairs, ensuring the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and GA, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Oversee general affairs such as office administration, facilities management, and procurement.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular audits of HR and GA processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA roles.,Proven track record in managing HR and GA functions.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
