📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets for the branch.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular branch audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to other branches as needed.
