📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to enhance facility performance.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility improvement projects.
• Provide technical support and advice to the team on facility-related issues.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in General Affairs, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in General Affairs, MEP, or a related field.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
