📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees,Develop and implement team training programs,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution,Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members,Organize team meetings and ensure effective communication,Support the HR department in employee relations and conflict resolution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Previous experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus
