📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Monitor client performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and high satisfaction.,Provide regular reports on client performance and sales activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or client management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
