📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and arrange for vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring timely completion.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in fleet management.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles efficiently and safely.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
