📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, cost controls, and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to resolve issues and improve service quality.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in driving sales and revenue growth is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
