📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and train a team of baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing necessary improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Promote and uphold the brand's values and standards, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and milkshake preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., SFC, HACCP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
