📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring managers.,Maintain and update job postings on various job boards and company websites.,Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
