📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded through effective leadership and team motivation.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and report to the regional manager.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote the Space Bay Unggul brand and products to attract and retain customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
