📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal product availability.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to improve performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
