📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent BRIO Nusantara as an employer of choice.,Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
