Quick Market Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and the integrity of inventory.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and that any necessary repairs or replacements are made in a timely manner.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about warehouse procedures and that they are able to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Experience with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
