📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest listings and marketing materials.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage the company's CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including open houses and promotional events.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Manage the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the marketing team in any other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role within the real estate industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
