As a Creator Operations Project Intern, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance creator performance and audience engagement. You'll use tools like TikTok Live Manager, Google Analytics, and various social media platforms to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and executing content strategies for TikTok Live creators in Bali.
• Monitor live streaming performance using TikTok Live Manager and other analytics tools.
• Engage with creators to understand their goals and provide support to achieve them.
• Analyze audience data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live events and increase creator visibility.
• Assist in organizing and executing live events and webinars.
• Provide regular reports on creator performance and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in live streaming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in digital media and live streaming platforms.
• Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and TikTok Live Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and trends.
